Because 'You're great, you'll be fine' isn't a development strategy

You're a capable leader. People respect you, you get results, and you've earned your place at the table.

But there's a version of you that's more strategic, more confident, more deliberate. One that spends less time in the weeds and more time on the things that actually matter. One that leads rather than just manages.

You don't need someone to tell you what good leadership looks like. You need space to think, challenge when you're not seeing clearly, and someone who'll cut through the noise and help you get there.

Back in my 20s, that was me.

Hi, I’m Jacqui. I’m a coach now but back in my late 20s I was that high flyer in a fast growing, founder led SME and I know how it feels. Promoted to my first director role, I was managing former peers, developing my identity as a leader, managing remote teams for the first time and taking on new areas of responsibility

I understand how people who are outwardly confident can feel daunted by the challenge of such a big step up, and how without that support the risk is the golden boy or girl can topple from their pedestal

Talent is way too precious to waste, especially in an SME. and my work is all about supporting and inspiring leaders and leadership teams to be at their best and to have the impact they want to have

Why me?

In simple terms? Because I get it, and you.

My background spans senior roles across Operations, HR and L&D and industry wise I've had experience in financial services, retail, hospitality and engineering

I've been in and around founder led businesses for most of my employed career and it's where I love to be. I'm just as turned off by the stifling nature, slow pace and formality of big corporates as my clients are

Sure I've got the qualifications (ICF accredited certificates in coaching and team coaching, and an I'm an accredited EQi 2.0 practitioner)

But for my clients, it's my  cut to the chase approach and willingness to challenge their thinking that they value more than the pieces of paper I've collected along the way

I've been described as the Queen of Simplification because I much prefer things to be simple, memorable and easy to use. Complex might sound clever but what's the point if you can't remember it?

If you're after leadership development and I sound like your kind of person, book a virtual cuppa and let's chat
